What's in the Browser:

The database contains sequencing datasets from total mRNAs (RNA-seq), polysomal mRNAs (Poly-seq), and ribosome-protected mRNA fragments (Ribo-seq) of wheat grains at successive developmental stages, including 5 days after anthesis (DAA), 10 DAA, and 15 DAA.
The database also contains assembled lncRNAs, new annotated events, and putative miRNA targets. The analyses are based on the IWGSC RefSeq v2.1 genome and annotation.
The new annotated events contain upstream ORFs (uORFs), downstream ORFs (dORFs), ORFs in lncRNAs (lORFs) and etc.
