Using this tool, you can search for miRNA-target interactions or miRNA precursors. The psRNATarget ( https://www.zhaolab.org/psRNATarget/) were used to predict interactions relationships.The BLAST were used to predict miRNA precursors.

1. Submit lncRNA ID or miRNA sequence.

2. Choose analysis module.

3. Choose analysis object.

4. Full table of miRNA and lncRNA information, including miRNA ID, lncRNA ID, target position, alignment.

4. Click it, and the alignment sequence will be displayed on the bottom immediately.
