Using this tool, you can query candidate lncRNAs by setting multiple conditions.

1. In this panel, you can input a gene list as lncRNA cis- or trans-target (optional).

2. In the left panel, you can input a genome region (optional).

3. In this panel, you can set a range of expression in a tissue. (optional).

4. In this panel, you can set a range of tissue-specific expression score in a tissue. (optional).

5. Full table of lncRNA information, including lncRNA ID, class, length, location and expression pattern.

6. Click it, and the expression pattern in nine tissue will be displayed on the bottom immediately.
